Inside/Outside Sales Representative


Abercrunk is a young and aggressive startup company that is planning to rapidly expand throughout North America.  We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals, ambitious individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit, for both Inside and Outside sales positions.

Inside Sales Representative:

Responsibilities:
Make a high volume of outbound sales calls to local business owners daily.
Manage leads from prospecting to closing deals over the phone.
Educate clients on the benefits of carrying the Abercrunk  brand.

  • We offer a solid base salary plus competitive, uncapped commissions, and a high energy startup environment.

    Required Skills/Experience:
  • At least 1-2 years of inside telephone business to business selling experience
  • Exceptional phone skills and professionalism
  • Proven success in cold-calling, prospecting, and closing business over the phone
  • Past experience of fashion or web & Internet marketing sales
  • Strong work ethic
  • Outgoing and personable
  • 1-4 years experience in a professional environment

    Outside Sales Representative:

    Abercrunk is looking for Outside Sales Representatives who can prospect, negotiate, and close Abercrunk sales in a fast-paced, competitive environment, while creating a strong merchant pipeline.

    Responsibilities
  • Develop and cultivate leads for Abercrunk using a variety of online and offline sources
  • Set up phone meetings with qualified prospects
  • Assess potential business deals, negotiate favorable terms and acquire prospective commitment
  • Manage relationships with established clients and construct proposals and contracts within selling guidelines
  • Communicate ongoing contact and sales activities utilizing salesforce.com
  • Provide documentation on new client acquisitions
  • Meet individual quarterly and annual sales goals


  • Required Skills/Experience

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience is required. Fashion, online advertising, direct marketing, or local advertising sales are a plus
  • Demonstrate top-notch communication and presentation skills with the ability to sell at all decision-making levels
  • Exhibit self-motivation, flexibility and adaptability to new situations
  • Possess ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work in a competitive, fast-paced environment
  • Have own transportation
